ASPEN

A successful day on the slopes ends at the Caribou Club. Yes, this is a members-only club but it might be worth the annual dues if you're interested in dancing with a Kennedy (indeed, this supposedly happened to one zealous Yelp reviewer). 411 E Hopkins Ave; 970-925-2929

DALLAS

Dallasites know that the chicest place to congregate after a black tie ball or Cowboys game is The Mansion Bar at The Mansion on Turtle Creek. Tucked away in the Uptown hotel, this cozy locale features live music nightly and attracts the 1% of all ages. 2821 Turtle Creek Blvd; 214-559-2100

HOUSTON

There are a ton of down-home Tex-Mex joints to get rowdy at with oil tycoons (hola, El Tiempo Cantina on Montrose), but a relatively new spot in River Oaks with Franco-fare called Brasserie 19 curates a certain crowd at night. Sip French 75s between a starter of Burgundy escargot and a finale of flaming cotton candy. 962 W Gray St; 713-524-1919

LOS ANGELES

Just down the street from Bar Marmont (a great place to party at any hour) you'll find a more civilized, older atmosphere at the Tower Bar at The Sunset Tower Hotel. Perched high above Sunset Boulevard, this is where Hollywood power players schmooze over Southsides. 8358 Sunset Blvd; 323-848-6677

LONDON

While Annabel's and Loulou's are clubs that you want to secure an invite into, new hot spot Chiltern Firehouse (from cool club mastermind Andre Balazs of Chateau Marmont and The Standard) doesn't require a membership or friend's with one to enter. But, that doesn't mean securing a table at this restaurant and bar is easy. If you're not "somebody" you will likely need connections to get a reservation.1, Chiltern St; 20 7073 7676

PALM BEACH

While dancing the night away at Cucina is still a favorite, the new gathering place to kick a successful evening off at is HMF at The Breakers. The bar named after the famous hotel's founder Henry Morrison Flagler is only 2-years-old, but Adam D. Tihany of Per Se, Restaurant Daniel, and Le Cirque intentionally designed it to give off major old world vibes. Naturally, it draws waspy imbibers of all generations. 1 S County Rd; 561-290-0104

NEW YORK CITY

If you're in search of that candlelight, Frank Sinatra-like, classic New York City atmosphere book it to Bemelmans Bar at the Carlyle Hotel. Located on the Upper East Side, this iconic watering hole is wrapped with murals painted by Ludwig Bemelmans the creator of Madeline and the illustrator of many magical Town & Country pages. We also recommend Minetta Tavern if you're hungry, Dorrian's if you're looking for a younger bunch, and Boom Boom Room if you're dressed to dance. 35 E 76th St; 212-744-1600
