A self-described tomboy turned beauty junkie, the London-based model enjoys regular facials, isn't afraid to experiment with nail art, and loves to bust a dance move every chance she gets.

DIET "I eat meat, dairy, and tons of fruits and vegetables, but I could also have pasta for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Basically I'm a massive foodie who eats everything in moderation." BREAKFAST: "Granola with almond milk or a homemade bacon butty—white bread, crispy bacon, and HP brown sauce. When traveling I like Urth Caffé in L.A. for eggs Benedict with prosciutto or Balthazar in New York, where I order duck shepherd's pie." LUNCH: "When I'm not on set I grab a deli sandwich or ceviche and chicken satay from Grace Café & Apothecary Bar in London." DINNER: "I go out about four nights a week. I'm really into Lebanese, Japanese, and Indian cuisines. At home I make spaghetti Bolognese or chili con carne. Dinner is my favorite meal because I have a cocktail—a vodka soda with lime or a Dark 'n' Stormy with whiskey. I drink a lot of beer too, which is so unladylike." SPLURGES: "The extra-extra-large, salty popcorn or Sour Patch Kids at the movies. And I have the occasional In-N-Out Burger and Taco Bell."

FITNESS "I'm lucky to have a fast metabolism, so I haven't had to exercise much. I go to the gym at Grace Belgravia in London, where I work out with personal trainer Rob Jeffers. Right now we're focusing on my arms. I also love to dance—around my house, when I go out. I never stop moving."

SKIN CARE "Between London facialists Linda Meredith and Debbie Thomas, I can sort out any skin issue. I wash my face day and night with Liz Earle's Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser [$21.50] and apply Sisley moisturizer in the morning and Lancôme Advanced Génifique at night. When I wake up looking exhausted, I use La Mer's Eye Concentrate [$185]. I keep the silver applicator in the fridge."

MAKEUP "I'm adventurous with my makeup and nails. Every shelf in my bathroom is filled to the brim. In the morning I apply M.A.C. concealer to hide any blemishes, but I avoid foundation because I like to show off my freckles. Chanel bronzers give my skin a dewy glow. I wear either a cat eye using YSL's blue liquid liners and black mascara or a bright lipstick like M.A.C. Lady Danger [$15] or Tom Ford Flamingo [$49]. I treat myself to a weekly manicure. The craziest nail art I ever wore was orange Oompa Loompa faces with green hair. I instantly regretted it. Nails Inc. Baker Street blue [$9.50] is one of my go-to shades, but when I'm in the mood for red I wear Nails Inc. Gel Effect Polish in St. James."

HAIR "I shampoo and condition with Kérastase products but rarely brush it because I'm all about the Kate Moss bed-head look. I let it air-dry and use tons of Batiste Dry Shampoo [$8]. I'm naturally very blonde, but to enhance my color, I see Jack Howard at Neville Hair & Beauty for balayage twice a year."

BODY "If my skin is dry, I'll sleep covered in organic coconut oil. I also use La Mer's Reparative Body Lotion [$165]. I'm a big Jo Malone fan too. I've fallen in love with their Peony & Blush Suede scent."
